Thanks to everyone who gave me advice about arenas - ours is finally finished today! Just needs a little rain before we can get riding on it and typically none forecast but that doesn't make it less exciting!

The build was really well run and efficient, would highly recommend.

A few photos!

That is bloody lovely, I can only dream.

I am so jealous
Keep the dreams alive. I have my lovely arena now after 25 years of waiting and hoping.

Kit279 your arena is fab! We used CB too, and I have some very similar pics of our build (except our 'assistant' was a JRT!). Three years on, and we are as pleased with it as when it was put in.

So that's where my cat's been all day. Actually mine has more white on his face and a ripped ear but they do look very similar (in fact yours looks far more like Sam than Sam's full brother does). Have fun with your new arena.

How much does something like the cost to build? I have given my hubby his orders but he is quoting stupid numbers

That looks great! You must be so pleased. Mine was finished last December and then we had all the rain so that helped settle it down. It's riding really well now - the odd slightly deep bit, but each time I harrow it gets better and better. The process looks a bit different to mine (mine had trenches with drainage pipes laid) but I guess all the companies do things slightly differently. Enjoy! :) x

Looks amazing, I bet you can't wait to ride on it. I'm just about to put planning permission in for one so fingers crossed we get it. Have a limited budget though so having to do it ourselves with the help of a friendly farmer and builder!

Your grey is really cute BTW!
