Blue is getting a major make over this weekend!!

I was going to try leave it till next weekend but getting him in last night he just looked like a scruffy hairy bog pony!

SO

Tomorrow i will be pulling and tidying his mane,

Sunday i will be full clipping him - hairy legs and all!

Was thinking i would then put him back out 24/7 in a LW TO rug? No fill? Do think he'd be ok in that or would he need a MW TO ? Its still about 13-14*C here at night at the moment?

If its that warm I would go for the lw with no fill - my cob has a full clip and stays out in a lw no fill rainsheet until it gets properly cold - ie days in single figures and nights around zero - and then she goes in a mw. Better for them to warm up than overheat.

he will be fine in a no fill! first clip will only last 3 to 5 weeks whatever you put on him!
