yeah, dont get me wrong the XC coverage was great, I had it on all day and was watching whilst working on my laptop, but would have done the same for the dressage and jumping - plus I think many more would have done also. (just want to add, gotta love pause and rewind features, used it as educational lessons for my daughter "watch how they..." "did you see their position there, look **rewind - play **" hehe
An earlier comment said about the number of fixed cameras on the snooker; surely the dressage and SJ would also be a number of similar cameras, possibly less for the dressage - they clearly HAD the cameras in place for the SJ, so why not record it all and broadcast it, even if only on the red button on ondemand/streaming services.
As with anything, the major cost is labour; which was already there and paid for......
