This sounds like a brilliant idea but it would be nice to see similar done for able bodied riders as we still have no possible pathway for talented riders at riding schools who end up never progressing because they don't have access/money to get the horses or training. See it time and time again kids attending riding schools and the only ones progressing are the ones who manage to buy ponies or lucky enough to have them already.


I'm sorry but no oylmpian rider started out horseless they all go through competiting their own horses first and then are spotted get the owners etc

Then the riding school children are forever branded as not being able to ride properly because they couldn't/can't develop their skills....

Riding is not a cheap sport but i'm sure theres talent at riding school level that a scheme where they could have the oomph to bring them upwards to the same level as children with horses.
