We are looking for some land for sale the the mo in the Coalville and surrounding Area. Will consider anything from 2 to 10acres. Only as grazing land, nothing speical. I wondered if anyone knew any god sites to search. I have been through a few estate agents with not much luck. Also we are planning on sending letters to local farmers to see if they would consider selling a little off, just not sure how toword the letter - any help would be great. Thanks

How about putting an ad in the feed places? SLB, Cooks, etc? There are farmers go in there too... I think it would def be worth talking to local farmers as well. Not sure about how to word the letter though...

Buy a Farmers Guardian and in the classified section you will find loads of country estate agents and auctioneers advertising to give you contact numbers. It also might be worth a wanted ad in there as it is as popular with farmers as H & H is with equestrians!
