...is a ball chucker. :D

Wish I had some pics of Henry today, he had a whale of a time and is now knackered despite me having to cut our walk very short as I thought I was going to fall over in a heap:o

All I need now is to develop the ability not to land it in the rough every time:o

... unless your dog thinks said ball chucker looks like a better toy than the ball, so watches you throw the ball and sits looking longingly at said chucker, before attempting to get it off you...... why oh why is Dex such a spesh...

Sorry, but LOL, good old Dex! You'd be so bored if it was easy you know:D

Have you tried (you probably have:o) attaching strips of plastic bin bag onto the ball so they're like a flappy tail - might make it more enticing...? Also, if toys are a struggle, have you tried a tripey sock? Basically, an old walking sock with tripe sticks inside, the end knotted and then stored in a plastic bag to marinate - very stinky, but generally popular as a tuggy toy.

My dog fits into this category too. She'll chew anything plastic, but sticks her nose up at having to chase balls... she's too good for that of course

I agree the ball chucker is fab! I hope whoever designed that patented it!!!

Although today I have never been so pleased as to find there are such things as doggy boots for poorly paws!! Harley has been on lead all week with all sorts of different wrappings on to protect what is left of his nail. IF this boot lives up to expectations I will never have been more pleased with a purchase!!!!!

LOL- dont get me wrong, he'll chase a ball, so long as it has been thrown, not chucked with a chucker..... LOl, will also play tuggy with rope toy, he likes a toy, but really just wants to make the chucker tiny tiny ickle pieces!

Once we have taught our new baby how to recall, I will be investing in one of these!
very excited, she LOVES fetching balls in the back garden and runs like a cheetah!

The bloke's landlord has a GSD, she goes after the ball like a bullet from a gun. He has to hold her back every other go just so little Henry gets a look in!

Tried it, it didn't make balls any more appealing for the Tysinator. He still sat there, staring at me, wondering why I keep randomly throwing stuff around...

Bryony loves it though, twice the mileage = somuchmorefun :D
