Last autumn my elderly gelding developed raised liver enzymes (I posted quite a bit about him during last winter)
Over the summer months his liver enzyme results have steadily improved. Not quite normal yet but definitely on the way.
The vet has suggested that he continues on Milk Thistle permanently, but which is the best way to feed:-
Whole dried plant, leaves & all (Dodson & Horrell)
Just the seed (Feedmark)
Powder (not used yet, but been told it will be absorbed better)
I'd be so grateful for some advice on this. Thanks in advance.
