the bit subject again

can anyone tell me if a magic snaffle is a severe bit or not or could anyone recommend another straight bar bit for a 5 year old who doesnt seem to like any sort of joint goes nicely in a rubber pelham but would like him in a snaffle as i hate curb chains

Nathe bits are nice, theyre straight but leave room for the tongue, you can get them with most cheek styles
