A very special horse as he was the ONLY actor playing the Black. In most films they use several horses for one character (5 horses played one character in the horsewhisperer for example).

4 horses played The Black, Cass Ole was the main one, one of the other ones was Fae-Jur and the other 2 were stunt horses. Kelly Reno who played Alec trained soley with Cass Ole to build a rapport with him.
