I recently complained about dirt from a building site near where I hack being dumped right next to the main gate. Basically all the horses wouldnt go near it and we couldnt go on any decent hacks. So I emailed the council and got this reply am hoping they actually do something. No one else would have said anything, but i felt someone had to at least request. Here is the reply
