Hi Everyone,

I posted yesterday about the neds bad behaviour at a comp. Attached are a few photos of me and him there, we walked around before retiring as all he did was tank off and buck (classic behaviour when he hurts his back). Its amazing whate a tub of chalk can do! (Excuse the plaits that have fell out). I do intend on purchasing some of the pics..........

Hopefully the back man can give us some insight into his bad behaviour!

I just had a question, considering the ned is 16.1hh with lots of bone, and i am 6ft 1, what size / types of other horseys could i get away with riding?

I'm not 'fat' but 'big boned' lol! :)

They work for me!!!!!!!!!! :D

I would buy 159, it's a great pic of you both. In 160 the horses behind your head are distracting.

You'd have no trouble riding big warmbloods or Irish Draughts etc... as long as they are deep enough in the girth to take up your leg. :)

Thanks Faracat, i cant believe we actually went & retired - he was a very naughty boy!

And it took me hours to get him that white!!!! :)

His white bits are indeed, very white! :D

He looked very well behaved at the moment the photos were taken.

The lady I bought my arab from has a wonderful photo of her doing an endurance comp. It's a great photo, the horse looks gorgeous cantering along, she has a massive grin - lovely! She then explained that moments later the horse chucked her off and broke several of her ribs!
