Our yard cat poos in the stable every day sometimes twice!!

Luckily my boy lives out BUT comes in to be checked/ridden/fed so what can I put on his bed to repel the cat so I dont need to 'poo-pick' BEFORE the horse goes in!?

Thanks.

Wish MY cats would poo in my pellets! I've just bought my house cats an expensive sack of premium cat litter (a step up from the economy Tesco/Asda/Sainsbury's clumping litter used so far) - and it turns out to be flipping straw pellets. Will mine use it? Nope.

Ungrateful little *&!@s. :D

Try putting a lemon or an orange in your stable? Bit strange but cats don't like the smell of citrus. One of my cats is a rescued ferral, he decided to make one of my leather sofas into his own personal toilet when we weren't at home, I rubbed orange peel all over it and the problem stopped. :)

My manege is my barn cat's limitless litter tray :D

Mmmmm.... out kids' sand pit is the same to our neighbourhood's cat population. They even try to dig in under the cover to get in and use it

In fact, other people's loose cats are a pain in the backside. We had to drain our pool because of them. We put up a 14ft pool in the yard for the kids a couple of years ago; it was one of those with the inflated circumference. The back of our house was flooded when one cat or another jumped up on the inflated rim to drink from the pool, slipped, extended its claws in panic and popped the rim. Not funny :(

O dear, I giggled when I read it and then realised I wasnt supposed to be, and now have a very sombre face, I promise!

Funny this one. I had my pellet delivery last week and one of the bags split. Rather then waste it I thought id use it in the litter tray, as my cat has decided he would rather go on the floor than in the tray with normal cat litter. Really not nice first thing in the morning. Since he has had the pellets in his tray, he hasnt messed anywhere else. Result, now dont have to lug huge heavy bags of cat litter home, just pop down the yard for a couple of handfuls
