He looks weak, green and uncomfortable. I hope they do take the time he needs (as they say they will) before putting him in the riding school. I guess they hope to use him for heavier clients in the future?

Yes agree they are awful, but if it's the first time she's ridden him then she can't be blamed for that. I didn't comment about that based on the fact that she is riding him very sympathetically there and will undoubtedly/hopefully improve him over time.Is she alright then, because those videos are awful

Great work can be done in an arena Tiddlypom, and lots of bad in other places, and vice versa. The arena is a workshop and most great training is done in one, so can't knock it.
