The horse bit shop. ARGH!!!! Help please

I ordered a bit from them on trail at the cost of £10. I paid on the website using my debit card. The bit still hasn't come and no repsonse from emails or phone calls.

I am going to have to swallow losing £10, but they wont try and take any money from my account if the bit does finally come will they?

Has anyone bought a bit elsewhere and the bit finally come and they try and take more money from you? Or did you manage to get your trail money back?

i have used the 3/4 time swapping trail bits allsorts no trouble. have you actually rung them?
