The horse bit shop.. Impossible to get hold of?

I placed an order that never arrived, I emailed asking for the postage to be refunded.. Never happened. Today I can see they have taken the full amount of the bit.

I've emailed, left messages and rang but it's always engaged or goes to answer phone. Anyone else know any hidden numbers I can try? Thanks

thats weird, i never had any issues with them and have used them on 3 occassions.

I've only used them once and that was this week. Didn't have any problems getting through on the phone and when the call dropped because I lost the signal they called me back.

I was very happy with the sevice I got.

It's a bit of a one man band I think - I used them a couple of years ago for a bit. Sent me a brand new one on trial, never charged me for the trial and never charged me for the bit... I tried to contact them to pay but to no avail.

They do generally get back to you eventually - think it is best to call the man who runs it

Do you know who he is or his number? It's been ongoing for a while now and ive never had any problems with them before which is quite disappointing that this is difficult to sort.
