Have any of you guys used them?

I ordered a bit (online) from their shop over a week ago and still haven't received it.

I've tried to contact them by phone and email but no reply/response????

Are they reliable?

I have just this minute tried to contact them by phone to enquire when the bit is coming as they haven't replied to email. Can't leave a message / no answer. I ordered two, one on trial which came in a few days, and one to buy but that hasn't come. I just hate it when you can't get hold of someone like this.....I'll try again on Monday as they may have headed off early this sunny afternoon...

TBH I ripped into them a few weeks ago because of the non existent customer service I received. There are not many things I get annoyed about, but these people really made me blow my top. Shame because they used to be really good.
