Has anyone experienced problems using them?
I have ordered a bit on trial, except they have sent out the wrong size and am now struggling to contact them.
 
Do a search on here.... Not good.... I ordered a bit that they said was in stock and took forever to arrive and getting hold of them was a nightmare!

Would never use again. I use the bit bank now and found them great
 
Oh not good :(. Have been trying to ring them, the phone is either engaged or goes to answer phone. Have left a post on their page on face book too.
 
I've had very good service from them. They are very knowledgeable and give good advice. I had a problem with one I'd bought at Burghley - they sent the replacement immediately, together with packaging and a return label for the original.
 
Ive used several times and been happy. Had to contact them by phone as I ordered wrong size online also no issues with that. Found them helpful and polite.
 
They are a nightmare. Avoid, avoid!!! They took two payments on my credit card, I only had one bit and they wouldn't refund the second payment.

If you are who we think you are, We have replied to you via your facebook and email, but for some reason you obviously aren't getting our replies. We have sent you another bit out in a 140mm with a prepaid envelope for you to return send the original (135mm) bit back in. These were sent out on the 12th December so should be with you by now, if not due to Royal Mails christmas rush, will be with you very shortly. The trial dates were re-set so you will have the full 30 day trial.
