Just passing through...
Right. Just spoken to the vet. Was somewhat
because after the Saturday ride, when I was such a happy bunny and talking to the vet, she got the impression that I'd hammered the Diz, trotting and cantering all over the shop! Whereas in reality it was vast majority walking with two small trots and a couple of strides of canter when she got a bit carried away with herself
. My vet spoke to the Rossdale vet and I think they must have both thought I'd lost the plot
So, we've got that cleared up. And we've agreed that we don't think the Diz is going to go lame given how much leaping around she's done! But, it's early days so everything with a pinch of salt as they say.
I'm going to forget about getting the Dizzy one lame. I'm going to just carry on getting her fit, with lots of walking and then add in trotting, etc etc. Onwards and onwards
.
Therefore, unless anything else happens, or she does go lame and the next stage begins, I'll not post any more about the Dizzy one
Thank you for all your help, support, advice and kindnesses
P.S. If I can get hold of a headcam, I'll video one of our outings for your amusement
