This filly is three and out of Judy the chunkier of the two sisters, by Chocolate (Harper's Bornival.)
She was earmarked as a foal by my husband for his next horse and is so laid back it's ridiculous.
She never needs a headcollar but follows him round like a dog, stands on command carrying umpteen haynets chucked over her back, and comes at a canter when called (eat your heart out parrelli!)
he has started training her from the ground and it's been slow as she is pretty idle. As the pic shows however, once she gets moving she looks fab.
She will end up a decent build of over 16 hh, and won't be for sale unless she proves too lazy!

The dam is ex our foundation mare who was probably the best jumper we have ever had, by Ambertson who is Cruising type bloodline.
The same dam produced Jacques to Matinee and we have two more waiting in the wings by her.
This one is the sweetest nature imaginable, but is finding work puzzling as all she wants is to be your best mate...

Stunning as ever Sue!!!!!!!!!

I love looking at your blog, I always find it so interesting.

William is coming on a treat isn't he!?

How are the stables coming on? I hope you are taking lots of pictures for us to see their progress.

Don't mention William, vet is currently here at the moment, his leg suddenly swelled up and due to his previous infection we daren't ever ignore it. X rays plus draining the area to check for infection, no doubt another £200...

I'm hoping it's a thorn prick that's got infected but he doesn't seem lame or sore which is ominous, often the cause is in the joint with swellings like that. Cross your fingers everyone, I am crossing mine for a good result.

Good luck with that. Haven't you got a lot of lovely horses? Nice set up and all seem so happy. I suppose one out of so many will always have something wrong, I hope it's nothing serious....

Ooooooooooooh Sue I'm so sorry, I shouldn't have opened my big mouth!

Everything crossed for the little one.

Could he have knocked a joint for it to swell up, if you can't find a puncture?

I really hope it isn't anything to sinister, the poor love has been through enough.
xx
