Have spoken to my vet and farrier today and we are all meeting on Monday afternoon to discuss Archie's feet / shoes.

When I was on the phone to my vet I asked him about Archie's jumping career, to which he replied 'Im not even sure about his career at all!'

So its looking like Arch wont be jumping BSJA again

Vet said as long as we can get him sound, he will be able to jump, but no height and not regulary

My horse is called Archie and he's a tough little bugger, I hope yours is the same and everything comes right in the end. Good luck with the new horsey though

Oh no, that's sad about Archie, but dont be too pessimistic, I find generally vets err on the side of the worst possible outcome, and he may still come good with time.
I hope you have lots of fun with my horse, I'm sure you will. Coedcae runs off to have private chat in Corrie's ear about her new adventures
