Well firstly i apologise for the rubbish-ness of the photos, i forgot to charge my camera so had to use my phone. I'll get some more in the next few days, once we're all settled in and know what we're doing a bit more.

Everything went very smoothly, apart from him balding his pelvis in the lorry, which you can probs see in some of the photos, it's not to bad just bald! He loaded and travelled well again, and wondered into the new yard like nothing was going on, wondered into his box and started munching his haynet. I already know some of the liveries but met a couple of the others and they all seem lovely.

I left him for a while to run into town, came back and he was still munching on his haynet! Then when i was bringing his feed in some very large piggies followed me in (they had escaped), now Major is pretty terrified of pigs as i found out whilst out hacking not so long ago! So i'm quite pleased there are pigs on this yard, he was not impressed as it grunted it's way upto his stable door however, and he promptly snorted and pranced around his stable before snorting his way to the door to see what it was all about. So i don't think it'll be to much of a problem, he has to go past them to be turned out anyway so he has no choice ;)

Had a lovely hack with one of the liveries then tucked him up for the night, anyway enough of my waffle here are some photos. Please bare in mind it is essentially a farm and isn't the prettiest place but the facilities are great and there's no pressure to keep the place spotless which is a relief after my last yard. Here they are anyway!!

And finally the horse walker, which i'm hoping to attempt to use tomorrow, wish me luck!! :gasp:

Very pleased, and very excited to make full use of everything! As sad as it is to be leaving Lantern and Nimby behind it's nice to be able to concentrate on Major, and as much as i love her be away from my dear old mum and her opinionated eye!

Glad all went well... can't see the bald patch! He looks really very relaxed and chilled out in general apart from the one in the washroom where he looks like he's saying "you taking MORE photos mum??"

A horse walker eh? Lucky sausage.

Hehe, he should be used to my snap-happy ways by now! Very lucky indeed, looking forward to using it, i would of thought he has been on a walker before what with his history, but we'll see!

Ah lovely piccies, glad it all went well and hope you will both be very happy there, Major looks gorgeous :-)

Thank-you!! :)

I'm on a farm as well......like you say, there's no pressure to keep the place spotless - in fact I'm the one muttering under my breath on a weekend with a brush in my hand trying to tidy it up! I must mention the horsewalker to our farmer......I think I can have a guess at his response!

Yay! Hope he settles in ok, loks a nice yard. I love our walker, it's an absolute godsend, especially with my *broken but now being fixed ginger thing*
