? it’s just occurred to me.
My horse who’s xrays I shared a while ago and was having foot trouble with.
Decided as I’d opened an insurance claim In September 2019 and had only used £500 of my £5000 limit and didn’t feel happy with the progress being made barefoot I’d get a new vet in and try again with fresh eyes and a second/third opinion.
We had plans in place as to doing everything possible for him until his feet were excluded in September 2020.
Of course it’s now been cancelled and I assume probably won’t get going with non emergency treatment much before my insurance exclusion comes into place.
Anyone else got open claims going? I wonder if they may put it on hold (probably not ?)

I would contact the insurance company and ask if they will pause the claim. Give them evidence that appointment has been cancelled and see what they say.

Maybe. I’m not holding out much hope but it’s worth a try.
The cancelled appointment was just to be the first of ongoing monitoring X-rays and probably an MRI at some point depending how we got on.
