Yesterday I decided to make the most of the lovely weather and go for a hack. As we were hacking home up the road (a quietish country lane) a car came from behind, slowed right down and went as wide as it could to get past. I turned to thank the driver and had to do a double take.
The roof of this car, an MR2, was down. Nothing odd there you might think having the roof down in nice weather. But it meant that I got a good look at the driver.... who was a clown!
I'm not being rude about him, this guy was ACTUALLY a clown! Bright blue suit, purple curly hair, white face with a big red nose and even the black bowler hat with a flower sticking out of it! Even Archie had a good look at him and had a bit of a surprised expression on his face!! I had to make sure I hadn't accidentally taken some of Archie's bute when I got back to the farm!
I know clowns have to travel too, but where could he be going inthe middle of the Welsh countryside at 10am on a Monday morning?! And why would he be wearing his wig, hat and nose in an open top car? Surely they'd blow away.... unless they weren't a wig and a fake nose and he was a REAL clown?
