Just walking past the estate agents in Lyndhurst I noticed an add for 3 acres, in the forest with absolutely no chance of getting planning permission for a house. The price was £210,000

!

That has got to be a record even for the forest! Can anyone beat that?

Holy $&**!!!!! I thought the £70k for 2 acres (with no services - "water by arrangement with neighbour") at Wood Green was expensive enough!! Perhaps they're hoping that some numpty who doesn't realise they'll never get PP will buy it!

I bought 3 ponies 2 weeks ago from a guy who lives in Racecourse View and the field he was renting on the right hand side of Gosport Lane and told us that it was up for sale.......£37.000 per acre!!!!!...24 acres for 880k!!!!!
