The most opulent and spotless stables ever?

 Quite the place, had to smile at the artwork, nice touch. It is hard to imagine barrows of muck being moved around in there. Maybe they have those great stalls where you sweep it all out of the back onto a conveyor belt.

Have to say, grey horse/black mane - door!

Love the little ummm...sentry boxes - whatever they are:

The little boxes are tack lockers! How amazing! Apparently they have a full muck out by hand twice a day and dust extractor fans in the stables!
I am about to pack my bags and move back to the fatherland!

Actually, would probably feel out of place there... Haven't got a single set of matching riding attire and all the horses' rugs seem to be patched! We'd look like Fagan's gang in there! ;-)

I have a vision of several grooms hooling round the place trying to catch that one elusive shaving that is blowing round the place, with the owner shouting "schnell, schnell" and when they turn out the horses they would have to march in time with the jack booted handler ~(snigger snigger)

Serioulsy though - i am just plain jelouse (sp)

I guess cribbers are a no-no....

Looks like andalusians only... Sorry coblet - back in your mudbath!

Not my cup of tea at all. The only bit that I liked was the lovely windows in the indoor school (why can't planning depts allow those here??) but the rest was too sterile for me.

Do you think they have a repainting team on 24hr standby!!

My thoughts exactly! All I could think of was the muddy poo marks tail high on my stable walls, and the paint effect from cooked barley rings that our old boy used to dribble down the walls around his manger!

They must stand those stable walls down weekly!

I want that place though! horses that don't poo, and staff available to do all the hard work on a whim!!

Euromillions here I come....!

I once kept my horse for a short while at a nice, but much much plainer place...and every time I walked him in or out of the barn, the groom, made sure I swept up any dust /dirt that might have been shaken out of his hooves on the pavers. So yes it is lovely, but unless you have someone else to run around sweeping and cleaning (not me) then it would be too much.

That was exactly my thoughts, I have seen places I would prefer! The indoor arena is stunning though, but what happens if a wild hoof strikes the window, or a stone throws up to chip them?!

Whats going on with the foals manes and forelocks?!

The cost to keep your horse there is about the same than part livery in my area.

For £460 your horse gets a stable with shavings + large paddock (which it appears to be able to access from its stable) + its own field. It gets mucked out 2x a day, gets fed ad lib hay; and you get to use all the facilities + private hacking.

I am really amazed at what you get for the price.
