Took my old welsh D to his retirement home today. It all went very well. He loaded and travelled well and went into his new field. He looked at his new companions for a couple of minutes. They looked at him and then he got on with the serious business of life which is eating grass!! Spent a ridiculous amount on a really good turnout rug for the winter for him.Got the feeling that this is going to go well.

Good news that he seems settled and you're happy with his new home. It makes it that bit easier to deal with, knowing they're happy and comfy.
