The naughtiness of FLY

Hacked out inbetween showers yesterday and Fly was outgrageously naughty! Maybe it was the wind blowing but my oh my what a terror! he threw in 5 or 6 massive bucks, one when my friend passed me at a trot and the others when I wouldn't let him leg it. One was followed immediately by another and resulted in me landing on his neck. Each tantrum began with a squeal so he was obviously enjoying it. I think he was feeling a little too good! Got back safely and he trod on my foot! "ouch".

There's definitely something about the rain that has an effect on them! Mine never want to be caught from the field when its raining and just gallop round while I get soaked! Yesterday it started absolutely belting down just as I started my dressage test! It was a real effort to keep her straight and stop her from swinging her quarters into the rain and she point blank refused to halt at G unless she could angle her bum into the rain.

my friends little horse who is normally a kick along leapt in the air and bucked her little daughter off at a comp today!!

Nice to see Fly again!
Used to be stabled with him, glad he is doing well.
Bit naughty, but then he always did have abit of spirit about him.
