ok i understand the no advert rule but if you have an advert in the horse and hound or one of its sister publications could you mention it in the forum...............................discuss

No you can't.

I know this as I had a horse for sale in Horse and Hound, the advert cost me £150. I had a link to the advert on Horse and Hound in my siggie and I got told off by admin for it being there. Even though it was to their own publication.
 
Thats weird how they wont let you get away with that dieseldog and yet 90% of the 'how much' posts featured on here are blatantly actually a 'this horse is for sale, pm me for a price' posts VERY thinly disguised

IMO that is being very shortsighted on behalf of H&H.

If people were allowed to link from their sigs to H&H adverts it may create revenue if the horses sold.Word would soon get round that horses sold through the magazine.
