If you have a horse that only seems to bond with the owner would it be wrong to send it to a working livery? Would it help said horse to be more secure with different people handling it etc. or would it be more stressful.

It could be a good thing for this horse. Thing is you wont know until you try. Personally I would try it and see how the horse got on
