As you may well know I have been looking for a loan home for my boy Flynn. Anyway, found him the perfect home (only 2miles away from my house!). Hacked him over this morning and he looks right at home already munching on his hayledge!

I know he'll be well looked after and he'll be competed and just generally enjoyed! The girl is so excited to have him! Just feel a bit gutted now... I've had him for 7 years so I know him inside-out. Feels like the end of an era!!

Can we have some good luck vibes for Flynn and his new owner! I hope she enjoys him as much I as did!

((hugs)) I know exactly how your feeling cos my mare who I bred and have had for 13 years went to her new home this morning,but know she is going to be much loved(new owner is an old friend) and she is going to be doing so much more in her new home than just the field ornament she was with me x
 
It will get easier, i loaned my mare out a few years ago for 3years in total, it was awful at first, i hated it and wanted her back, but i got over it and got used to it. It worked wonderfully for the most part of those 3years. Chin up, it will get easier
 
i am feeling the same mine went out on loan last week and i felt really sad about it last week tears the lot, but got my first update at the weekend with pics and he is doing really well, remember its not the end you will still be seeing him and you can always get himback if you really want him you still own him
