Somehow got caked today!! Ted NEVER gets mud on him ..only the tiny bits on his feathers where he has to walk through mud. But noooo the pony somehow managed to get thick wet mud all up hisl legs, on his belly, on his bum and all up one side of his body despite wearing a full neck rug

He's obviously Tom's penpal.... that's normal where we live, even with a full neck rug on. He usually ends up with his withers caked in mud too, tho I have no idea how!
