Has anyone used them before?

Experiences good or bad please?

I have to kit my Horse out for the winter as she doesn't have anything. I figured it would be cheaper to buy them now rather then winter. Unless anyone on here is selling any winter rugs 5"9?

Hi, I had a bad experience with them, I returned something but they held onto my refund for no reason, never bothered again as there are plenty of others to use with much better customer service.

have you looked on ebay? plenty of used / nearly new which should cut the costs down a little. if you stick to known brands and really look well at the photos you can really pick up a bargain. i've brought 2-3 on there as my youngsters grew, really worked as they didnt have them for long before they grew out of them ;)

never had any problems with them. Have you tried Hope Valley? they also have an ebay shop under HVS, they normally have some fabulous deals on there.

I have used them a lot for boots. I have found them excellent on service just not the cheapest. They are very quick sending items, the items are correct and I have found them to be good on refunds, combining items for postage etc.
Absolutely no problems on the service/side. I have ordered online and on the phone when I have needed to talk to someone. Always good The owner, Lucy, is usually there and will speak to customers to deal with any problems. A good company.
