does anyone use this forum?
basically, the automated subscription has taken another payment out of my bank account!
after me spending over a year emailing everyone i could find to complain and ask for a refund, it's done it again!
if anyone knows who to contact (i have tried every admin listed on their forum contacts) please do let me know as i want it sorted.

and i do not mean to slate tsr in any way-it's a great forum and very good advice but i do not show any more and it's not a place i visit much.

Sorry, but that is not true. I have told everyone repeatedly on the forum to delete their subscription from Paypal as it is PAYPAL taking the money and not the forum. We cannot stop the payments being taken as Paypal does not let us remove the subscription - the only person that can do this is the person who set the subscription up.

In order to stop PAYPAL from taking your money, please go back into your Paypal account and delete your subscription. This is the advice that has been given since October 2007.

Also, please can you put your name on the refund list for paypal payments and it will be sorted. The money does not come to me, so I will have to arrange for it to be returned to you.

I am sad that you have seen fit to put this on the main website of HHO which is read by lots of people as I have not received any PMs from you on the show ring at all. The money raised ALL goes to charity, none of it is kept and the running of the site is paid for out of the pocket of the lady that set it up.

I have 500 PMs in my TSR in box, and not one of them is from you. There are three admins listed (one of which is me) - if none of us have received your PMs then we obviously can't to anything to assist.

I am sorry that you are not happy with the service you have received, but until I am told there is a problem, there is not much I can do to rectify it!

I'm sorry but I was not told that it was PayPal automatically taking it- the click button to decline or update subscription was faulty - offered the customer no choice and took the payment.twice.
I'm sorry if that was not your fault but it wasn't mine either.

I had also tried to contact the owner/runner of the site a number of times over the years to sort something out but as I wasn't getting a reply I did not know it was a mistake on PayPal's part.
I only wanted an answer and I'm sorry it had to come about like this

Would it not have been a good idea to send out a mass email to all members about the PayPal situation?
It is not my fault that I was not told, I was not in the know and God knows I have asked enough people enough time for help.

I really do not want to offend as tsr is a great forum but as I'm no longer showing I don't use the forum-that is the only reason I wanted to leave.
Sorry if I offended.

*Also, I did contact all the admins at some point. and again just recently.
I know you were busy with so many to read but it's been well over a year and I have tried!

Rachel, I promise you I have no PMs from you, certainly not recently. I have just checked as I would be mortified if I had missed one from you about this.

There is a post on the main part of the site which is about the Paypal problem. We have continuously tried with Paypal to get this sorted as it is extremely frustrating for us as well, but they say that they cannot delete the subscriptions and if we delete the account they go to, then they cannot advise us what will happen with the funds.

Please take a look at the instructions on the TSR site about cancelling your subscription and then contact me on TSR to arrange the refund. It has happened to several people (including me) so I can understand your frustration, but there are several posts about what to do in this situation.

I truly cannot find a single PM from you.
