The snow has turned well behaved Ellie into a lunatic

Mucked out this afternoon after work and went to get horses in. Plan was bring either Blue or Chad in first followed by the other two. Ellie always comes in last as the other two will go through the fencing to get to her if she goes in first.

Anyhoo, got Blues headcollar on, opened the electric gate to walk Blue out and Ellie barged into and past him, knocking me flying. Chad was spooked and followed Ellie up the track to the yard. Blue was going wappy so I took off his headcollar and let him go too.

I got into the yard and they were all happily munching their tea in their stables

YO came flying into the barn saying she had seen the horses running up towards the barn from her kitchen and had come to help catch them. She couldn't believe they had come in and put themselves in their own stables!

I posted a couple of days ago about Ellie, about how calm and kind and well behaved she is. I take it all back!

yup the snow does seem to be turning many normally sane beasties into complete loons! lol x

Mine did same thing few weeks ago, but jumped 4 foot fence!!!!

Mine always do that! I bring all 3 in together and let them loose at the gate, by the time i get to the stables they are all in happily munching into their feed. It's great.
