Having already posed in various slightly risque positions for our calendar this year, now the rodeoing cob and I have been talked in to a gymkhana.....no idea how you spell that, but it will probably end up with me on the floor and supercob a very long way away hiding....

Oh dear.

genius... we had adult mounted games on hunters last summer - twas immensely funny, you've never seen so many drunk people failing to mount 17hh hunters in your life! nor so many big brave hunters running away from flags and cones!

Tractor, would that be the Countryside Alliance event at Huntingdon? If so see you there, it is my committee that suggested and organise the whole shindig. I might be persuaded to rig the scoring if you get our dear minkhound master to enter as well!

Love it - not even started and there is cheating already!!!

Enjoy every second!

Yep, it's that one Claire - i'm looking forward to it in a strange way!

As to getting Mr M back on a horse, well, that is a challenge! Watch this space.....!!

Great afternoon of entertainment was had by all at the inter-hunt adult gymkhana. The Cambridgeshire with Enfield Chace pipped the Essex Farmers & Union in the tie-breaking flag race, with the Fitzwilliam ending in 3rd place after a complete disaster in the sack race!

It would be great to see more hunt teams enter next year and even more spectators. Register interest with George Bowyer by e-mail office@fitzwilliamhunt.com.

Photos are just uploading!
