The thread for Snow Rebels!

If you have reason to wish the snow would stay a little longer, this is the thread for you!!

If you appreciated the snow for any reason, this is the thread for you!!

I'll start:

1) The snow made for fabulous hacking! Now, we just have super-slippery ice with water on top, and deep mud.

2) The snow let a mare on the yard's mud fever finally heal properly.

3) The snow meant the Spooky Pony actually lost 1 whole girth-hole worth of blubber!

4) Snow means less rain, so a drier, happier pony!

Now I dont want to be included in the whole "we love the snow" thread really as in has messed up my work and left me very poor, no riding makes me glum and so I have just been bored since it started.

But as I have recently brought a very skinny TB who has just stayed in and eaten as much as I can safely feed her and not done any work she has got a bit fatter. She almost looks like she has a bit of a very small tummy!!!

But in general THE SNOW SUCKS!!!!!!!

Our snow has pretty much gone now, but while it was here there were lots of things I liked about it. Lots of bad things too - not being able to get anywhere on my moped, no riding, the RS lost lots of money from cancelled lessons and bigger feed bills - but I still love snow! My reasons:

1) Scooby's feathers actually got clean!

2) Everything was pretty, and it put me in a good mood and everyone got loads of lovely photos.

3) Lots of fun to be had on sledges.

4) Playing with the dogs is even more fun when snow is involved.

5) Scooby is now a pretty much perfect weight.

6) No mud.

7) NO MUD!

yeah I noticed that, I've never seen my ponies feet so clean

Now that the snow has gone, legs are covered in mud again

But thats not good enough reason to want the snow back ! x
