Why does a perfectly literate 24 yo with a Masters degree and a decent job turn into a complete numpty when going to view her first horse for sale?!!!

Went to view a gorgeous horse tonight: http://equestrian.uk.freeads.net/horses_...am-gelding/view

I'm sure I acted like a complete idiot and sure rode like one! I had asked a lot of questions on the phone and the owner was really informative so didn't have a massive amount of q's to ask when actually meeting him. He was absolutely fabulous, exactly the sort of horse I am looking to pamper but the downside is the owner seemed like she didn't want to sell. Going to arrange another couple of viewings on some others but this one was absolutely gorg - you're not meant to love the first one

Please tell me my viewing techniques will improve - I am ashamed!

looks nice and sounds like its a reluctant sale on her part.no words of advice other thankeep going.we had 6 months of looking it was an emotional roller coaster but we found the right one eventually.
