...that after the final hunt meet in March, after a pretty awesome day, looking forwards to a party and getting horse/tack/clothes clean I always put my hunting stock pin in a "safe place" until the following season.
Opening meet in on Saturday, and whilst I have a lot of very average stock pins, I really would love to know where I put my favourite hunting stock pin for safekeeping :smirk:
Bugger.

I never gave it a second thought until OH's parents invited me to the opening meet as I've been in shirt and tie for cubbing. I can't think where I would have put it, it's not in any of my jewellery boxes, pockets, every sensible place.

Ah don't, I had this trouble at the weekend. Bought a lovely new stock pin in the summer and put it somewhere safe. So safe even I now can't find it.
Was hunting Saturday and so Thursday night went to get all my stuff and i couldn't find my stock or pin. Bought a new stock Friday, got my jacket out Saturday and the old stock was in my pocket. Idiot :) Still can't find my pin though.

My problem is where to get a good quality pin, I went through 3 pins last year because the pins are so cheap they bend and break with a good quality stock, where can you buy a good quality pin at a reasonable price.
