Anyone tried one of these? Did you like it? Hate it?
Theyre expensive but I just bought one for:
A] revision for my stage 4
B] A teaching aid for students
C] For fun because I have a mental age of 12
The last kit of this kind I had anything to do with was an airfix Anne Boleyn when I was at school Im not very crafty so it was a bit of a mess.
Im thoroughly enjoying this though. Have had to fend of the OH with a stick - he was big into airplanes in his youth and kept hovering and offering advice. Took the spleen away from him and made him go dig the garden instead.
I have painted all its bones an authentic white and have been researching what colour intestines should be [no further forward on this so any suggestions welcome].
Doing ok with the gluing so far its not too messy [was previously banned from using superglue by other half after sticking the wall of a guinea pig house to my hand].
