My instructor came to ride the Welsh Cob this morning, he is riding him at a show on saturday and wanted to have a practise before hand...so since it was such a lovely day I thought I'd grab the camera...sadly I should have grabbed some more batteries too!!

I do not advocate riding without a hat, this is my instructor riding not me so please spare me the hat comments...many thanks

P.S. Always wear a proper riding hat!!

Oh wow, look at him show off! Fantastic photos!
Don’t you just hate instructors for riding so well, but then if they couldn’t, we wouldn’t have them as our instructors hey?! :D:p

Yeah it was great watching someone else ride him...I haven't seen him put through his paces for a while and the difference was fantastic. He's much stronger behind, I think Matt was a little bit impressed...I certainly was.

hackedoff...haha Matt will be so pleased, I'll tell him he has an admirer ;)

not sure which I fancy more - pony or rider lol!

Totally agree! Makes a refreshing change to see a male riding instructor who doesn't look gay! (I don't have anything against gay men- they're just frustrating to perv at ;))

Nice horse too! I'm not normally a huge cob fan but he's lovely!

*ahem*

at what point did he take the title THE Welsh Cob hmmmm? :p

*scuttles off to make Frank prance around as title contender ;) *

Haha..its a throw back from the competition yard. My friend started calling him "the Welsh Cob" because there were SO MANY horses on that yard everyone knew exactly who you were talking about if you talked about "the Welsh Cob"

Here's his breeding http://www.allbreedpedigree.com/llantrisant+magician

ahh thanks dominobrown, he is a very nice welsh cob...not the most traditional build but he is a super star!!
