I am relocating

How scary

Myself and my wife are moving to Cornwall i will be there in under a month and luckily already have some work down there.

I have been in Herefordshire too long and wanted to do something different. Im currently winding down my business here and trying to build it up down there, but it will be so nice to do less miles as there is much more work there than there is up here.

Those who live in a 50mile radius of me are very lucky you have over 100 farriers to choose from, i know i did my homework.

Wish me luck

Good luck, and thanks for the advice the other day. Av seems completely fine now so I think that u were completely spot on about pressure! Good luck in Cornwall :-)

Am sure you'll do well. A guy relocated to near me about 4 months ago now and he's picked up quite a lot of work already, so I'm sure you'll have no problem.

When I lived in Cornwall there were quite a few farriers in the area and all were busy. Hope you love Cornwall

I hope all goes well in Cornwall, and that you know all the back roads, as in the summer you will find that holiday traffic will hold you up no end, We are in the process of a new farrier today and have my fingers crossed, our old farrier was very reliable but is one of the fastest in devon (15 mins ) from start to finish, but unfortunatly not one of the most tidyest, so if it dont go well with new one (only that he dont have a 4X4 to get to stables will be giving you a ring if your not that far from the Bridge? good luck with you relocation.

Its on my website and you can find the link off my page on here. Just let me know what you need from me, how many, by when etc

arhh thanks for that, but Redruth is to far down in cornwall for you to travel to me, we are at ashburton on the A38 which is about 30 mile from the bridge at saltash, and am sure you will find loads of clients to keep you busy locally

Good luck with the move! Jessica had her imprint shoes on yesterday and is already looking better, thanks for your advice on that!

Good Luck .... you know what they say, a change is as good as a rest!!

I love Cornwall, the worst part is getting out of it!

Gosh, how times have changed, when farriers are checking t'internet in between horses!!

Good luck in Cornwall. My sister just moved down there (God help you all!).

Avoid A30 at 'emmet time'

which is ALL summer and then in winter just rush hour, friday pm and monday am. Rest of time you've got the 'blue rinse lot'

I love the internet if i have clients running late, not so much loving the client who is running late right now.

Anyhow, it was lovely to spend time with you when you were down and I am delighted that you will soon be tending to my little herd.
