Apologies if I am very late to this topic, or replicating an existing one. What exactly are they used/good for? Is there any scientific research/proof of their efficacy? I have obviously googled it, but only appear to have come across the sales-shpeel/marketing gumff.
Recommendations please or otherwise.
Thank you

It's a giant wobble board. If you look at the list of things that a horse has wrong with them that you shouldn't use it for then no horse would ever step on one. I don't see the point in them.

I dont see why a number of big yards (e.g. I listened to Dan Skelton's H&H interview) are using them??

We have one and I don't know why ? it Sat gathering dust for the best part of 9 months before it actually got put into use ? must be one hell of a sales pitch though!

I have stood on it and it is bone jolting! My knees couldn't take it and that was on a low setting so I hate to imagine what it does on a higher setting! We have a set of solarium lights above ours which will do more good that what the horse is standing on ?
