That is unspeakable - but how did it come to him dying? Where were the RSPCA through the poor sods miserable life? Poor puppy. :-(

I do not care what issues there were, a life is a life and whether she'd be vulnerable in prison or not, that's nobody else's problem but hers. If it was upto me, she'd be in prison for the rest of her life - 200 hours community service makes a mockery of the whole justice system. Ridiculous.

Omg. That is one of the worst thing I've ever seen. It has made me cry. Poor poor little baby I agree with posters above-learning difficulties?? B*ll*cks. Surely she was feeding and watering herself,knew she should do the same for the dog. Had she no friends,relatives who came round,ever?? RSPCA should have revisited sooner. Clearly owner not that incapable or they'd have stayed on top of her. How did she afford a GSP pup if leaning diff so bad didn't realise how to care for its basic needs? - presumably she couldn't work? I'm speechless. Some barrister has cobbled together her defence...had it been me (and I don't do criminal work,so I wouldn't anyway) I wouldn't be able to sleep at night.
