Thermatex waistcoats?

Does anyone have one? Do they come up big or small? Not sure whether to go for the 10 or 12. Am generally a 10 but can occasionally be a 12 if I'm wearing lots of layers! And above all, do they actually keep you warm?!

I bought my mother one for Xmas a few years ago an it came up small.

I would say on the small side too , but very nice to work in .
