Hi, as in the title - the saddlery shop, trelawne farm, Devon. I have just ordered some stirrups which were meant to be in stock but now aren't and won't be in for over a week (possibly). They look ok, but just wondered if anyone has any feedback (pm me if you would prefer).?

Yes I use them quite regularly - particularly as the always have a good stock of hoof boot spares and parts. I've always found them very accommodating and helpful with all my orders, and do their best to sort out any problems.

I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered some hoof boots on a trial basis. I was extremely careful when I tried them on my horse putting a rug on the floor so I didn't dirty them. I couldn't get the boots on as they were too small so returned them. They had the cheek to say they had been used and I ended up having to pay for them and sell them on eBay. Not happy at all.

I bought hoof boots from them. Turned out to be wrong size (my error) so they accepted them back and sent replacement by return post. Very pleased.

Also, all my emails were answered promptly, politely and efficiently. Can't say that of many companies! :)
