So so angry - this afternoon my truck was stolen from my staff car park!! As if that wasn't bad enough I'd ridden before work this morning so still had my saddle, bridle, hat, gloves, and coat in it:mad: I am gutted, upset and so bloody cross, I can't believe they targeted my truck in what is normally a safe place! I'm now putting together a list of missing things but understandably the chap at the insurance company has no idea what an Ideal VSD Event saddle is let alone all the other horsey bits!! From certain evidence the police have strong suspicisions that it was taken by somebody from the ethnic persuasion that tend to keep ponies (usually the coloured variety) themselves!!!!!

Should be covered on your car insurance, I've got contents upto £1000 on mine.
Doesn't take away the fact that some #### has taken what you worked damn hard to pay for :(

I feel your pain! We have been targeted several times before although never had a vehicle taken - the fact they took yours makes me think they knew what was in it! With it being a vehicle you at least stand some chance of getting it back. The saddle etc though is sadly probably unlikely to be seen again! :(

I feel your pain - although not a truck, the same 'ethnic type' stole the complete exhaust system off our van over the weekend. Thieving &*^*%%@£%&^!!!

I lost everything years ago when in Oz.. All I was left with was a lead rope. Brand new saddle and absolutely everything else went.
I hear what you at saying re ethnic types and have heard horror stories and have been warned by all and sundry but I've not really bothered as did not think they would be around my area. In any case I've just rescued all my horsey things from my car and will keep in my flat from now on as being completely naive didn't even think twice about leaving everything in there.
Big fat threatening scumbags!!! Hopefully karma will get them eventually.
