things to make the forum more user friendly

just thought it would be nice to hear peoples suggestions, hope admin dont mind.

for me, my suggestion would be that we could hover over the thread title and it would bring up the first few sentences, without actually opening the thread. this then gives the reader an idea what the thread is about rather than opening something that they are then not really interested in. seen this in use on other forums and saves a good bit of time and people then dont complain about threads they dont like...because they can choose wether they want to read them or not , based on the few lines they have seen.

oh didnt realise that...my lap top is running slowly at the moment, so if I open a thread, and then its completely different to what I expected, it takes a while to get back to the index bit, which is what made me think of it. did they say why its not possible?
