So for all those who helped me with ideas of how to train youngest Stafford to hack out safely. Have spent a long time with my old mare (who is impervious to dogs crashing into her, running into woods etc) and stuck to near the yard and no roads. Graduated to walking behind a friend comtrolling my dog from her horse with me trailing behind....Today ....hacked out on baby horse and with friend. Honey left the walkers and other dogs alone. Stopped at the road edge and crossed when told...So proud of baby horse and little staffie so thank you guys!
