Any suggestions how to soften the blow! Yesterday i bought yey another rug for my horse because Derby House had a half price sale. Im not looking forward to his reaction when he finds out yet its my hard earned money im spending. Any ideas

I'm lucky...my OH encourages me to get more stuff for them and has started looking at rugs (under my guidance I might add, seeing as his first reaction was, "like on the floor or a coat?") for him to buy the neds as "presents fr Christmas." I've decided I won't tell him that Christmas is only another 3 months away!!

My OH has carefully avoided mentioning the new fleece rug that's living in our garage waiting for the Moose to trash her other one. He quite likes the Moose though, so perhaps he HAS noticed and is just not saying anything...

Erm...... I tend to get stuff sent to work now and then it stays in the car until it reaches the yard and then hidden in the tack room.

or if I am caught... what this second hand bargin from e-bay.... it was less than a tenner!!!
