Think im having a blonde moment

I have seen previous posts on the removal of CR, SB and PG for non members. I still cant find them!! Weezy suggested in a previous post its when you log on its under the "old board" but i cant find that either????
Can anyone explain in incredibly simple terms where i can find them?!!!
